Owner Operator Pay Schedule and Benefits

TEAMS

• starting pay for team owner operators is 90¢ per mile
• 18,000+ miles in an accident-free month, team owner operators will receive a 3¢ per mile incentive pay
• 20,000+ miles in an accident-free month, team owner operators will receive an addition 3¢ (total of 6¢) per mile incentive pay
• 54,000+ miles in an accident-free calendar quarter, team owner operators will receive a 2¢ per mile incentive pay in addition to any monthly incentive pay
• 60,000+ miles in an accident-free calendar quarter, team owner operators will receive an addition 2¢ (total of 4¢) per mile incentive pay in addition to any monthly incentive pay

SOLOS

• starting pay for solo owner operators is 85¢ per mile
• 12,000+ miles in an accident-free month, solo owner operators will receive a 2¢ per mile incentive pay
• 36,000+ miles in an accident-free calendar quarter, solo owner operators will receive a 2¢ per mile incentive pay in addition to any monthly incentive pay

BOTH

• 48 States and Canada with primary lanes in Midwest and Southwest
• pull DHT equipment (dry van)
• stop pay for extra drops and/or pickups ($25.00)
• weekly settlements - direct deposit available
• no up-front money or escrow accounts
• fuel permits and base plate paid by DHT
• fuel card provided by DHT (fuel charges are deducted from settlement)
• mobile communications unit and service provided by DHT
• pre-pass and pike-pass provided by DHT
• tolls and scales paid by DHT
• referral incentive program
