- 18,000+ miles in an accident-free month, team drivers will receive a 2¢ per mile incentive pay
- 20,000+ miles in an accident-free month, team drivers will receive an additional 2¢ (total of 4¢) per mile incentive pay
- 54,000+ miles in an accident-free calendar quarter, team drivers will receive a 1¢ per mile incentive pay in addition to any monthly incentive pay
- 60,000+ miles in an accident-free calendar quarter, team drivers will receive an addition 1¢ (total of 2¢) per mile incentive pay in addition to any monthly incentive pay
