The following is paid to a driver who refers a team driver to DHT:

After first dispatch $200
After 30 days in service $350
After 90 days in service $350
After 180 days in service $350
After 1 year in service $250
Total $1,500

The following is paid to a driver who refers a two team drivers as a team to DHT:

After first dispatch $400
After 30 days in service $700
After 90 days in service $700
